Early Leadership Institute - Coach Application

Thank you for your interest in serving as a coach for the Early Leadership Institute (ELI). Over the course of six months, coaches will guide fellows to engage in a cohort-based learning journey to build leadership skills, identify and address issues facing new and early career educators and become familiar with how their district and local association can support them in this work.

Each cohort will consist of up to 12 fellows, with an ELI coach to support fellows on their leadership journey. Learn More about ELI coach expectations, supports and criteria.
